Why does my WS800 boundary audio sound low ?

With the boundary transmitters you will want to give it a bit of pregain. This can be done by using the WS800 and Dialog 20 remote software. It is under the TX Audio Gain setting. We recommend +15 to +20dB of gain. You will need to resync the mic on the WS800 models.
