VIEW/VIEW Pro Console not discovering devices
- Ensure PC is connected to the switch via ethernet cable.
- Ensure the IP address and Subnet Mask assigned to the PC is in the same range as the project.
- Change firewall settings to allow the application through for ALL networks present.
- Click on Edit > Preferences and choose the specific network interface card connected to switch.
- Ensure all devices and switch(es) are powered on and devices are connected to the switch via ethernet cable.
If device discovery is unsuccessful after verification of these 5 items, a call to AV Networking tech support is warranted.
