• VC input audio through DSP is fluctuating.

  The VC audio need to be set as line input and not as mic input.  Setting the VC audio to be mic input makes AEC to be applied to VC input audio and makes the audio fluctuate.

  ClearOne recommends the use of our 10m or 30m USB cables for long length USB Audio connectivity or you can use our  Plink USB  expander 

• We are able to connect to the Audio bridge from the Dialer but the DTMF code (conference pass code) is not accepted.

  Goto VOIP>Audio>DTMF Relay and try changing the setting SIP Info, from Inband to Outband.  One of the options will work to enter DTMF tones.

• Can Huddle be used for USB 2.0 connectivity to PC and how about the quality of audio/Video ?

  Yes, the Huddle can be used for USB 2.0 connectivity.  Audio will not be affected and will be same as USB 3.0 connectivity.  Video will be affected in comparison to USB 3.0 and will be reduced to 720p in USB 2.0
