The Converge Pro 2 Status LED is red which indicates a boot up problem, how can this be resolved ?
1) First try a hard reset procedure - remove all of the input/output cables, and leave only the power cord connected. Remove and reinsert all the cables after 30 minutes and check to see if the issue is resolved.
2) Connect to the serial (RS232) port of the DSP using Telnet software such as putty, and send the command 'F' to factory reset the DSP. The DSP will restart and issue should be resolved.
