• My Camera or Microphone cannot be enabled in Collaborate Space or Spontania

  Navigate to 'Windows Settings -> Privacy' and allow Spontania / Collaborate Space to access your Camera or Microphone.

• Why is Collaborate share not working ?

  Verify that the Collaborate share option is enabled. To verify, open the system settings and go to Settings> Presentation: Enable Wireless Sharing.

• In Collaborate Space or Spontania my camera can be enabled but does not display an image

  Check your Antivirus software (i.e Kaspersky) to see if it is preventing the application from using the camera

• On Collaborate Space or Spontania I can see local video but I cannot see far-end video on my computer
