On Collaborate Space or Spontania I can see local video but I cannot see far-end video on my computer

• My Camera or Microphone cannot be enabled in Collaborate Space or Spontania

  Navigate to 'Windows Settings -> Privacy' and allow Spontania / Collaborate Space to access your Camera or Microphone.

• In Collaborate Space or Spontania the Share video option does not display anything

  1) Ensure proper bandwidth is available to the VC devices. 2)Ensure the following ports are open in the firewall for proper video and audio transfer 389 TCP 1718-1719 UDP 1720 TCP  1731 TCP  5004-6004 TCP and UDP

• I am not getting the Collaborate Space or Spontania Email invitation

  Check that the email address has no typing errors or check to see if the e-mail ended up in your Spam folder. Network spam filters like those sold by Barracuda could also be blocking the e-mail invitations.
