• Procedure to connect through telnet of the DSP and Command to factory reset the DSP.

  Connect the DSP to telnet through USB(169.254.99.202) or through LAN(user defined IP Address) at port 23.Use username:clearone,Password:converge.Enter "FACTORYDEFAULT" to factory reset the DSP.

• How can you check the P Link device connectivity detection through Telnet ?

  The Plink device detection can be checked by sending the command "PLN *" using telnet.  The response would be PLN,(Device serial no).  If you don't get that response then the Plink device connectivity is not detected.

  The Dante ports IP Address is auto assigned and we cannot assign an ip address.  The IP address can be viewed in the Dante control software or using telnet with the command -BOX BOXname DANTE IP_ADDRESS1

• The DSP can be accessed through Telnet but we are unable to access the DSP through the Console software.

  1) Confirm that the DSP firmware and Console software are compatible 2) The following ports need to be open in the Laptop to connect through Console:  FTP port 21, and UDP port 3602, Discovery (already open since they can discover)
