My Collaborate system will not boot up (no video is displayed on the monitor), why ?

Check the monitor to make sure that the monitor is turned on and connected to the code, Check the camera cable and make sure you have plugged the camera cable into the codec, Disconnect camera and microphone from the system and restart the system while these devices are unplugged. Once the system is running reconnect both camera and microphone and restore system to default.
