We are unable to make more than 3 party conference calls when registered to a Cisco VOIP server, How can we enable it to make 5 party calls ?

• Incoming VOIP calls are received, but we are unable to make outgoing calls.

  Goto VOIP>Audio>DTMF Relay and try changing the setting SIP Info, from Inband to Outband.  One of the options will work to enter DTMF tones.

• Unable to install interact software in Windows 10

  The old Interact software will only install successfully with Win XP.  The latest version of Interact was released recently and available on the ClearOne website which will install in the latest Windows OS including Win10.
