• Incoming VOIP calls are received, but we are unable to make outgoing calls.

  1) Check whether the phone server configuration is done as per our tech note for Cisco or Avaya 2) Check whether the outbound proxy address is entered in VOIP settings  

• We are unable to make more than 3 party conference calls when registered to a Cisco VOIP server, How can we enable it to make 5 party calls ?

  In Cisco CUCM enable the third party SIP device option as "Advanced" instead of "Basic" to enable 5 party conference calls.

• What is the difference in the connection settings of Clearone Dialer with respect to LABEL ?

  Label in connection setting for VOIP is entered with the channel name of VOIP without suffix (For eg:VOIPCALL) but for telco it needs to be entered with the suffix)Foreg(TELCOCALL_RX)

• We are able to connect to the Audio bridge from the Dialer but the DTMF code (conference pass code) is not accepted.

  Goto VOIP>Audio>DTMF Relay and try changing the setting SIP Info, from Inband to Outband.  One of the options will work to enter DTMF tones.

• How can you download the SIP logs in the new Console AI ?

  Before downloading the SIP logs, you need to select SIP LOG Level as "DEBUG" in the VOIP Settings.  To download SIP logs, go to Admin>Retrieve while online.
