How can you download the SIP logs in the new Console AI ?

• After pushing a project to Huddle with new network settings, the new network settings are not found when checked through console...

  New network settings will only be found if the Huddle is disconnected and reconnected to console.

• The DSP can be accessed through Telnet but we are unable to access the DSP through the Console software.

  1) Confirm that the DSP firmware and Console software are compatible 2) The following ports need to be open in the Laptop to connect through Console:  FTP port 21, and UDP port 3602, Discovery (already open since they can discover)

• Where can I download drivers for my Chat device ?

  There are no standalone custom drivers for the Chat devices, they are plug-and-play and use standard OS drivers.

• I updated the firmware on my Converge Pro 2 and now I can't see it to connect to it.

  Check the version of the console software you are using then use the Check for Updates tool in the Help menu to see what the newest console software version is.  Likely you just need to use a newer version of the console software to find it again.

• We are able to connect to the Audio bridge from the Dialer but the DTMF code (conference pass code) is not accepted.

  Goto VOIP>Audio>DTMF Relay and try changing the setting SIP Info, from Inband to Outband.  One of the options will work to enter DTMF tones.
