How can I find the Collaborate Pro / Collaborate Live system logs for troubleshooting ?
Use a Web browser to access the IP address of the system to use the Web GUI. The web GUI must be enabled in the admin settings, and may be password protected.
By default the web GUI password is blank (there isn't one).
To export the system’s log, open the system’s web GUI and go to Maintenance > System Diagnostic > Dumps, under filter option, select: All files. Save the files and send them to Collaborate support representative
