Dealer Setup not discovering devices

  1. Ensure PC is connected to the switch via ethernet cable.
  2. Ensure the IP address and Subnet Mask assigned to the PC is in the same range as the project.
  3. Change firewall settings to allow the application through for ALL networks present.
  4. Click on Edit > Preferences and choose the specific network interface card connected to switch.
  5. Ensure all devices and switch(es) are powered on and devices are connected to the switch via ethernet cable.
If device discovery is unsuccessful after verification of these 5 items, a call to AV Networking tech support is warranted.
