Codec not receiving the Presentation Data shared from the far-end during an H.323 call

  1) Ensure proper bandwidth is available to the VC devices. 2)Ensure the following ports are open in the firewall for proper video and audio transfer 389 TCP 1718-1719 UDP 1720 TCP  1731 TCP  5004-6004 TCP and UDP

• I am trying to make a (H.323/SIP) call from my Collaborate system to a third party system and I can't hear or see them, what could be the issue ?

  Open the ports required in your firewall, In the Settings>Advanced>Admin menu Disable H.264 High Profile,  In the Settings>Advanced>Admin menu set Encryption mode to none

• On Collaborate Space or Spontania I can see local video but I cannot see far-end video on my computer

  Please verify that the Graphics card's driver is up to date.
