Can't see the video and/or hear the audio from the far-end in an H.323 call.

1) Ensure proper bandwidth is available to the VC devices.
2)Ensure the following ports are open in the firewall for proper video and audio transfer
  1. 389 TCP
  2. 1718-1719 UDP
  1. 1720 TCP 
  2. 1731 TCP 
  3. 5004-6004 TCP and UDP
