  No, the Cisco Breakout box is not recommended for the Converge Pro 2

  Yes, the Huddle can be used for USB 2.0 connectivity.  Audio will not be affected and will be same as USB 3.0 connectivity.  Video will be affected in comparison to USB 3.0 and will be reduced to 720p in USB 2.0
