  Before downloading the SIP logs, you need to select SIP LOG Level as "DEBUG" in the VOIP Settings.  To download SIP logs, go to Admin>Retrieve while online.

  The Polycom sound station has a stereo audio jack to connect to an external device.  The stereo audio jack of the Polycom sound station can be connected to the Mobile Tx/RX port of the Huddle to be used.

• I can't load the project file I made for the room; the load button is grayed out.

  The planned devices and connected devices have to match exactly in order to load a project file.  If they do match, but it's still highlighted yellow make sure all of the planned devices are matched up with the serial number of a connected device.
