We are able to connect to the Audio bridge from the Dialer but the DTMF code (conference pass code) is not accepted.

• Can any brand of USB extender or cable be used with the USB audio port of the DSP ?

  ClearOne recommends the use of our 10m or 30m USB cables for long length USB Audio connectivity or you can use our  Plink USB  expander 

• Can Huddle be used for USB 2.0 connectivity to PC and how about the quality of audio/Video ?

  Yes, the Huddle can be used for USB 2.0 connectivity.  Audio will not be affected and will be same as USB 3.0 connectivity.  Video will be affected in comparison to USB 3.0 and will be reduced to 720p in USB 2.0

• Can a Converge Pro 2 be connected to a Collaborate Live device through USB audio, and can we change the mic/speaker level in the codec settings ?

  Yes, a CP2 can be routed to the collaborate live devices through USB audio port.  With the latest software release the mic/speaker level settings in the codec can be adjusted.

• VC input audio through DSP is fluctuating.

  The VC audio need to be set as line input and not as mic input.  Setting the VC audio to be mic input makes AEC to be applied to VC input audio and makes the audio fluctuate.

• Procedure to connect through telnet of the DSP and Command to factory reset the DSP.

  Connect the DSP to telnet through USB(169.254.99.202) or through LAN(user defined IP Address) at port 23.Use username:clearone,Password:converge.Enter "FACTORYDEFAULT" to factory reset the DSP.
